How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of My Blog (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It's a great product. I can feel it holds my ankle. It arrived in 40 days to Macedonia. If your shoe size is above 41, go for the XL.
This was more comfortable to wear than other braces I've tried and I didn't have to struggle to pull it on or off; however, the process of getting this on is complicated. It didn't provide as much stability to the ankle joint as I wanted because I still managed to roll my ankle while wearing this, just probably not as badly as I would have without the ankle support brace. I guess it's good value for the money.
Better than most everything else I’ve tried so far. Injured a tendon in my ankle and did not want to wear an air cast. I’m hopeful this will aid in quick recovery.
This helped me heal from a strained tendon & plantar fasciitis. I used this along with icing it intermittently & it seemed like it healed faster. I certainly had less pain once I started to use it.
I bought this for plantar fasciitis. The ankle support felt good. The strap that goes under your arch does not lay right. It comes of the back of my foot and gapes. This issue defeats the purpose it takes away from the arch support. I changes where i attached the starp and it was okay. I will wear them since I have them.
Product ok. What I didn't like about product is instead of finishing off the edges they left the corners of the velcro stick up and rub against your skin. They do a good job supporting the ankle, but you will have to wear thin socks so it won't rub on your skin. They won't fit over a thicksock. Just felt kinda cheaply made.
I ordered a small cause I wear a women’s 7 but it’s a bit too small. Having a hard time wrapping around the ankle. I would suggest a size bigger for myself but I’m gonna try and make it work.
Ankle support. Ordered size small as I have very small bone structure. Just fit. Be careful if you don't have skinny feet.
Quality is really good for the money. Holds the ankle well when running or sitting. I recommend to everyone who has a problem with his / her legs and feet.

Arrived ahead of schedule, excellent product.
Realized just today after having these for about a month, that I was wearing them incorrectly lol! Now that I have adjusted them and are wearing them they way that they are supposed to be worn, I can finely feel the great secured snug fitting.
This is a nifty ankle support. I have used it on several jogs and can tell you it is worth the effort you put into applying it. I still have trouble with left and right sides. Since I only use the left one I finally put the right one a way. The product did exactly what it said it would do by helping support my weak ankle while jogging. However, if you fail to put the strap on perfectly the stiff Velcro plastic will remind you sooner than later that an adjustment will be in order before you finish your activity. Also if you are not limber enough to put on socks than you will need assistance to make sure it is applied correctly.
